Our brief from this client was simple “please get our lighting system going again”.  And we did.

After determining that the lighting control system installed when this spectacular Christchurch home was built was broken and no longer supported by it’s manufacturer, we installed a KNX automation system.  It controls the switching of the lights and operation of the garage doors.  The existing cabling was reused and the owners now have a modern, scalable home automation system.  All of the lights in the house can now be turned off with the push of one button and each room has a light switch that will turn off all the lights in that room. Most importantly, the lights now work.

In addition at this Cashmere residence, we replaced numerous halogen downlights with LED downlights, for both longevity and energy efficiency.
